eCommerce Checkout Redesign

Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the most recognizable and beloved brands on the planet. However, the user experience, particularly in eCommerce, had fallen behind. Users disliked shopping on the site. Attrition and abandoned cart rates were high and sales lagged.

Challenge: How can Levi's rise to -- and exceed -- expectations for eCommerce experience and become the top lifestyle brand again? Solution: Re-imagine the eCommerce checkout experience so users are enabled and engaged across their devices. We leveraged user research and feedback to deliver a radically better shopping experience, as evidenced by higher conversion rates, increased order sizes and more return visits.
